BODYFAT BURNING COFFEE!
1-2 cups organic fresh brewed hot coffee*
1 scoop MCT Oil Powder
2 tbsp heavy cream or (coconut cream for dairy-free option)
1 tsp vanilla extract**
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener**
OPTIONAL: pinch pink Himalayan salt (for minerals + electrolytes)
*For a cold drink, substitute for cold brew coffee and add 1 cup of ice to blender
