BODYFAT BURNING COFFEE!

1-2 cups organic fresh brewed hot coffee*

  • 1 scoop MCT Oil Powder

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or (coconut cream for dairy-free option)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract**

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener**

  • OPTIONAL: pinch pink Himalayan salt (for minerals + electrolytes)

*For a cold drink, substitute for cold brew coffee and add 1 cup of ice to blender
**Or, you can use this vanilla syrup to both add vanilla flavor and sweetness. Try adding a tiny bit and then more as you’d like.
