Being in the fitness industry since 2003, I've honed my skills not only as a personal trainer but also as a chef. I've worked in various settings, from gyms and clients' homes to online platforms, and I've owned my own business. My approach to fitness is unique and non-biased. I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge, teaching them the principles of fitness rather than just instructing them on what to do.
Understanding that everyone has specific needs, I've acquired the education to train my clients effectively. I'm a big proponent of nontraditional methods, favoring resistance band training over weights, advocating the ketogenic diet for fat loss, and using biohacks to enhance training programs. My educational background is diverse, with credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and CrossFit, as well as insights from case studies with clients and personal testing.
As a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I address muscle imbalances, contributing to injury prevention, pain relief, and improved athletic performance.
One of the key pillars of my approach is the power of fasting. I practice extended fasting every quarter and incorporate intermittent fasting into my nutritional protocol, teaching people how to fast efficiently, effectively, and safely.
But what truly sets me apart is my culinary expertise. As a chef, I provide my clients with more than just a meal plan; I teach them how to prepare the meals themselves. This hands-on approach ensures they're not just following a diet, but learning the skills to make their food taste good, which will help them maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term.
My services extend to online nutritional counseling and coaching via Zoom or FaceTime, in-person training at client gyms and homes, and cooking lessons tailored to each client's meal plan. I'm also developing fitness courses that will be partially available to clients at no extra charge, and for a fee to the general public.
My journey in fitness and health, including overcoming health challenges as a child, has led me to a vast array of knowledge in alternative medicine.
