easy KETO-quiche

directions FOR AN INCREDIBLE CRUSTLESS QUICHE
Take 12 eggs and crack into blender or Vitamix
Put in seasoning:
-Powdered (or 1-2 cloves raw) garlic
-Real Salt
-Pepper
*Or, if you have a great all-purpose seasoning, you can add that instead.
Blend on the lowest setting for 15-30 seconds, pulsing if possible. NOTE: If you blend too high, the eggs can get foamy. *optional: you can add a dash of heavy cream to add calories and make the eggs more fluffy when they are done.
Put parchment paper into a cast iron skillet OR, even better, use a high quality non-stick pan such as Hexclad’s 12 inch frying pan. Hands down one of the best pans you’ll ever use!
Now, you put in your favorite omelette ingredients such as spinach, goat cheese, cooked onion, ham, peppers, etc and fold it into the eggs.
Cook on Medium Low Heat for about 10 minutes.
Turn on the broil function of your oven.
Insert pan into the oven and cook on broil with the pan close to the heat source. This will give the quiche an amazing crust on top. NOTE: If you want, put your favorite cheeses on top to give a huge boost in flavor!
Pull out when there is no more runny egg and it’s nice and brown.
Let cool.
Cut into pie slices and there you have it! Breakfast for a least a few days!
